<p>The College of Business Administration (COBA) endeavors to provide leading-edge education in various areas of business, essential for sustainable business practices in a globalized competitive environment. COBA strives to equip students with the skills and knowledge essential for success in today's business environment. </p><p>COBA is the second largest college at ASU with a student body of over 1,500 students. We offer graduate (MBA) and undergraduate (diploma and bachelor degrees) programs in various business disciplines. These are spread across four departments including : Accounting and Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, Team Entrepreneurship, and Records and Archives Management .</p><p>Our programs are designed to provide students with a well-rounded education to provide the intellectual foundation for students’ life- long learning and success, and enhance their employability and career prospects. They include a broad range of core and elective courses that span different subjects in the student’s field of specialization. </p><p>In teaching, we combine theory and practice, and our courses often include practical projects so that students have the ability to apply business theory to real-life situations. We place a strong emphasis on the practical skills essential to successful careers. In doing so, we supplement lectures with case studies, in-class exercises, assignments, videos, projects, and field trips.</p><p>We have an academically and internationally diverse team of academics with a strong profile in teaching and research. In addition to a sustaining emphasis on quality teaching and learning, the faculty of COBA contributes to business, professional, and civic affairs through public service and intellectual and scholarly pursuits</p>
