<p>Ms. Rakhshanda Batool, is Lecturer, in the Descipline of Clinical Nutrition, in College of Applied Health Sciences in A'Sharqiyah University, Ibra Oman . She holds B.Sc. (hons) in the descipline of Human Nutrition from Agriculture University Peshawar, Pakistan with distiction and secured 3rd position in the faculty of Nutrition Sciences. She completed Her MS.c (Hons) in Agriculture (Human Nutrition) from the Khyber pukhtunkhwa, Agriculture University Peshawar, Pakistan with reseatrch title "Prevalence of Anemia and Overweight Obesity in pregnant women and its outcome. The main aim of her research was to investigate the ratio of obesity and anemia in pregnant ladies in their third trimester and to check the pregnancy outcome. She is a member of Nutrition Society of Pakistan and Professional Member of Pakistan Nutrition and Dietetic Society. She was also an active member of Khyber pakhtunkhwa health care commission.<br><br>Moreover she has a total of five years’ experience in clinical nutrition in an allied health care based hospital.She started the nutrition setup in a 300 beded hospital and was a pioneer of Nutriton department in the Northwest General Hospital Peshawar. She joined her teaching career in 2016 as a lecturer in a reputed University and served for 6 years in teaching, research and training of Nutrition and dietetics students as a dietetic preceptor. her teaching and research interests are Dietetics, Obesity, Oncology nutrition, peadiatric nutriton and functional foods.</p>
