Overview
<p>The Management Program at COBA provides students with a gateway to future opportunities for professional and academic development. This program enables students to perform technical and managerial functions for life-long career development.</p><p>It was established in order to prepare graduates for careers in various areas, disciplines, and sectors. Management graduates, for instance, maybe employed by large private or public organizations, profit or non-profit, governmental or local authorities, consulting firms, and much more.</p><p>The Management Department operates a 3 credit hour course system, which is based on the US credit hour curriculum model. For a Bachelor’s degree in Management, students are required to accumulate 123 credit hours by passing 41 courses. The program requires students to enroll in 21 University required credit hours which include general courses such as Arabic Language, English Communication Skills, Sociology, etc.</p><p>ATTENDANCE Students can complete the program in 8 semesters (four years) on achieving 123 credit hours of study.</p>

EntryRequirements
<p><strong>To gain admission to programs in the College of Business Administration (COBA) a student:</strong></p><ol><li>Should have successfully completed the courses of all subjects of the general education diploma or equivalent;</li><li>Should achieve the standards set for the subjects of the Genera Foundation Program;</li><li>Should have studied subjects which qualify him/her to be enrolled in programs in the College of Business Administration, namely: Applied Mathematics.</li><li>Must be medically fit.</li></ol>

<p>The program facilitates entry to job and work opportunities in several fields as listed below Management Consultant, Business Development Manager, Human Resources Manager, Marketing Executive, Retail Manager, Sales Executive, Distribution Manager, Logistics Manager, Risk Manager, Business Analysis Executive, and Production Executive. The graduate from this program can also pursue postgraduate studies and improve their academic qualifications by pursuing a master’s degree.</p>
