Dr. Haque obtained his early education in Bihar, a bachelor’s
degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and a master’s degree in industrial
chemistry from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. He completed his PhD in Organic
Chemistry at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in 2014. After postdoctoral work with
Prof. M. S. Khan at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman, he joined the University of Hail, Saudi Arabia from 2018 to 2025
and now works at A’ Sharqiyah University, Oman as Associate Professor of Chemistry. His honours include the Best Research Group Award, Rector commendation for publications in high-impact journals, the Best Research Paper Award, the National Research Award, and a Senior Research Fellowship (Organic Chemistry). He is a member
of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC), United Kingdom and serves as an
Editorial Board Member of various scientific journals. His research focuses
on synthetic organic/organometallic chemistry, aiming to develop functional
compounds/materials.

interface of synthetic organic/organometallic chemistry, materials and computational
