I am Said Al-Ghenaimi, PhD of Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri, USA (2012). I work for A’Sharqiyah University (ASU). I am the Dean of College of Applied and Health Sciences at ASU since 2019.
I started my career in 1998 as a staff nurse at the medical-surgical ward in Ibra Hospital. In 2000, I was selected to pursue his bridging program at Villanova University, United States of America, where I was awarded Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing in June 2001. Then, I worked for the Ministry of Health as a clinical instructor and then I continued my higher education where I obtained a Master of Nursing sciences in 2005 from Villanova University, USA. In 2007, I was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to study Master of Education Technologies from the University of Missouri, USA. In 2012, I was awarded a PhD in information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri, USA.
